  • Which shipping method do you use?

    A standard postal “letter” shipping method will be used (cheap, untracked, and slower). Itshould not involve customs fees.
    If you would prefer a different shipping method, please contact me BEFORE placing your order, but keep in mind the price will be around double and customs fees will most likely apply.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    We need around 1 week to prepare and ship the package.

    Standard shipping times are not guaranteed, but these are the average delivery times:
    Italy: 7 working days
    Europe: 10-15 working days
    Extra EU: 15+ working days

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    Yes, of course.
    I’m based in Italy and ship worldwide!

  • Where else can I buy your prints?

    You can find them at my convention booth when I’m invited as a guest (I suggest mentioning my name to the organizers of your favorite event so they can invite me).

    Alternatively, if you live in Europe, you can also purchase them via Vinted with reduced shipping costs, and it will be faster as well.

  • Is it possible to return items?

    No, as each print is hand-signed and can be personalized specifically for you, returns are not possible.
